You can really go places with $200. Beginning today, we offer firsthand reports on trips to incredible places - most just hours away from Syracuse - that don't cost an arm and a leg.
We asked several Post-Standard reporters to choose a destination, then make their way there. If by car, the rules of the road allowed them free gas for the journey. No matter the means of transportation, each traveler had $200 to spend. Our adventurers kept careful track of admission charges, meals, tolls, souvenirs and other expenses.
