BAGUIO CITY The citys American heritage celebrates today the Filipino-American Friendship day with the unveiling of a marker honoring the great American engineer Col. Lyman Kennon, who built what was originally named Benguet road exactly a hundred years ago.
United States Defense Representative to the Philippines, Col. Mathias R. Velasco, will lead guests in the ceremonial floral offering, dove releasing and torch run.
