ELLIE MAE INC., DUBLIN, CALIFORNIA, HAS acquired Lasso Technologies, Royal Oak, Michigan, a developer of Web-enablement solutions that provides hosting solutions to mortgage loan origination systems (LOSes). The terms and the amount of the acquisition were not disclosed.
In addition, Ellie Mae is launching Encompass[R] Anywhere, a new hosted solution of its flagship loan origination and management system used by more than 30,000 mortgage professionals.
