KARACHI, July 01 (PPI): Vice Admiral Sikandar Viqar Naqvi has taken over the charge of Commandar Pakistan Fleet from Vice Admiral Mohammad Haroon who has been appointed Chief of Staff, Pakistan Navy. The change of Command ceremony was held at Abdoze (Submarine) Ground, PN Dockyard here Friday morning, an ISPR release said. In capacity of Commander Pakistan Fleet, which is a key operational appointment of Pakistan Navy, Vice Admiral S. V.
