Here comes London, stretching to eke out victory. Madrid? Outside chance. Moscow? Nyet. Wednesday, the International Olympic Committee will give one of those cities a five-ringed jewel, seven-year headache and $12 billion tab to play host to the 2012 Summer Olympics.
