LAHORE, July 04 (PPI): Director Cricket Operations Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Salim Altaf Monday said that Pakistan would offer ECB visiting team to play with neutral umpires in the upcoming home series between the two countries. Talking to PPI here at Gaddafi stadium, Salim said that the two countries could play with neutral umpires if agreed between them before the start of the series as per ICC provisions. "The International Cricket Council (ICC) has disapproved the proposal launched by PCB to play under both neutral umpires in ODIs but it has permitted to play with both the neutral umpires in ODIs if the countries agree bilaterally before any series.
