On behalf of Mercer Insurance Group, Inc., CB Richard Ellis announced it has subleased 24,000 s/f of office space at 212 Carnegie Center in Princeton, N.J. to Tyco International. Ray Sohmer, Craig Eisenhardt and Oscar Velez, of CBRE, were responsible for the successful completion of this transaction.
