Poll: New Drivers Most Susceptible to Lure of High-Tech Distractions

WASHINGTON, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- American drivers say the aggressive and distracted behavior of other drivers is more aggravating than traffic delays, road construction and personal stress combined.
