DETROIT, July 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Sportsbook.com has listed the American League as a 1.5 run favorite over the National League in the Major League Baseball All- Star Game which will take place on July 12, 2005 in Detroit. The online sportsbook and casino has also listed Vladimir Guerrero and Alex Rodriguez as the favorites to hit the game's first home run.
