Lahore, June 27 (PPI): As many as 17 Pakistani Taliban fighters, released from US Naval detention center Guantanamo bay, Cuba some nine months back and shifted to Pakistani detention facilities, were Monday set free by local authorities from Kot Lakhpat Jail Lahore after finding them "not guilty" in any case in the country.These Pakistanis were arrested by US and Afghan forces for fighting along Taliban Militia following US attack on Afghanistan in October 2001 and had been shifted to Guantanamo, the controversial US detention facility, from Shibergan Jail Afghanistan.
