Jul. 8--In an ever-changing restaurant industry, the greasy face of fast food perhaps has changed the most.
From healthier menu choices to new chains that offer fresher approaches, the quick-service market has improved in quality and expanded in scope. But even as metro Detroit residents jam the local drive- throughs at lunchtime, that doesn't mean they think "healthy" when they think of fast food.
In most cases, fast-food meals are all they have time for.
