Here it is! This is Volume 7! The planned seven-volume series has actually been completed by this author! Although I have not been overly complimentary to the author for the ones that I have reported [represented most recently with the report for Stamatis 2003b appearing in Ziegel 2004b], my hat is off to anyone who can write seven books with more than 2,000 pages in less than 2 years, especially without the help of any co-authors. This man, who owns his own business, does not have the luxury of a paid sabbatical leave ...
