Attorney General J. Joseph Curran, Jr. announced today the filing of felony insurance fraud, attempted felony theft and conspiracy charges against Deborah J. Odum of the 1100 block of Madison Street in Annapolis. Odum, 51, is presently employed in the Imaging Department of the Maryland Automobile Insurance Fund. The charges follow a joint investigation by the Insurance Fraud Division of the Maryland Insurance Administration, the Maryland State Police and the Office of the Attorney General.
