Jul. 10--CLAREMONT -- Though the city's limited dining options already included four Chinese restaurants, the proprietors of the recently opened Crown Garden on Washington Street said Claremont was hurting for upscale Asian cooking.
The menu there is more traditional and the fare is lighter than the existing restaurants, according to Jen Tan, who owns the business with her husband.
