EL PASO, Texas, July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The El Paso Electric Board of Directors has appointed Andy Ramirez to serve as Vice President of Safety, Environmental and Resource Planning. In that position, Ramirez will be responsible for the management and supervision of EPE's Safety, Environmental and Resource Planning areas.
Most recently, Ramirez served as Executive Director of Gulf Region Operations for Sempra Energy, a California-based energy company.
