BURBANK - As recommended by the Mayor's Youth Task Force, the City Council is scheduled tonight to set aside $175,000 for anger management classes, a police mentoring project and a documentary program to chronicle teen issues.
The allocation would include $15,000 to produce ``Teens In Action,'' videos on issues of importance to teens. Some $75,000 would go toward counseling programs and anger management classes at Burbank's three middle schools, and $50,000 to a high school counseling program.
Officials also would give $15,000 to the Teens in Action Police/Youth Relations program for mentoring, basketball ...
