David Tweet has come full circle.
The former co-owner of molded urethane product manufacturer Tandem Products Inc. basically has retired from that firm to run Northstar Polymers L.L.C., the chemical arm of Tandem. He also owned part of Northstar Polymers but sold that, too, which will free him up to become more involved in the development of polymers, he said.
"I may be out of the molded urethane elastomer business, but I still plan to keep busy for a few years,'' he said.
His goal is to take the urethane systems business from primarily an in-house operation to one that's firmly established in the marketplace. ...
