MOSCOW -- Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods OJSC (NYSE:WBD) has increased its stake in Obninsk Dairy Plant (the town of Obninsk) from 11.61% to 66.33%. Hence, the number of manufacturing facilities comprising Wimm-Bill-Dann has reached 26.
