HEWLETT, N.Y. -- DCAP Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: DCAP) announced today that it executed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a group of storefront agencies in Western New York State. "This is the type of transaction we have been looking for," said Barry Goldstein, DCAP CEO. With non-overlapping locations, upon closing, this transaction will expand the current footprint. In addition, Mr. Goldstein noted that two additional franchise agreements were executed during the second quarter, bringing the total number of locations to 71.
