ALEXANDRIA, Va., July. 14 (AScribe Newswire) -- The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC) expressed disappointment after amendments to HR 609 were voted down during the House Education and the Workforce subcommittee Higher Education Act (HEA) markup on Thursday. These amendments included investments in student aid designed to improve college access for all students.
