All conversation stopped as our group saw two skilled waiters bone twin Dover soles in unison. It was like watching a graceful dance, each delicate move done with a flourish here, a dramatic turn there.
I was fascinated by this ceremony and glad for the diversion from the work we were discussing. This gave me a chance to take in the rest of the scene by staring out of a giant floor-to-ceiling window showcasing lovely Cardiff Bay.
