RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. -- EMRISE CORPORATION (OTCBB:EMRI), a multi-national manufacturer of defense and aerospace electronic components and subsystems and communications equipment, today announced that its EMRISE Electronics Corporation subsidiary has received a development contract for custom Digitran(R) Rotary Switches for use in Armament Launch Controllers aboard a variety of U.S. Navy ships. The $1 million development contract is expected to result in initial production during the second half of 2005 and continuing into early 2006. The potential exists for ongoing production orders following completion of the development contract and initial production.
