HOLLYWOOD -- Paramount Network TV is hot for "Cold Case" creator Meredith Stiehm.

Studio has inked the scribe-showrunner to a three-year overall deal to create, develop and exec produce series projects. Pact locks up Stiehm through June 2008 and moves her from Warner Bros. TV, where she had been working since 2000.

Stiehm will remain as showrunner on the WBTV/CBS Prods./Bruckheimer TV-produced "Cold Case" for at least another season, with Par loaning out her services on the show.
