Palo Alto, CA 1/5/05 -- Agilent has acquired Computational Biology, developer of ChIP (chromatin immuno-precipitation)-on-chip technology, a microarray-based technique for understanding gene regulation in disease by analyzing how regulatory proteins interact with the genome of living cells.
