HE is more used to being behind the camera lens than in front of it. But yesterday film director Roman Polanski appeared on a TV screen to relive his sordid past.
There was the brutal murder of his beautiful, eight-and-ahalfmonths pregnant wife Sharon Tate in 1969.
His infidelity, his penchant for 'casual sex', often with teenagers, his three-inabed sessions.
And his flight from American justice in 1977 after admitting having sex with a girl of 13.
