NEW YORK -- Scandinavian equity giant EQT last week completed its acquisition of Denmark-based Brandtex, parent company of 4 You and a number of other fashion brands, including Blend, Fransa and Kabooki. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Isaac Greszes, president of 4 You America, the company that owns long-term distribution rights for the brand in North America, said the deal should help the label's growth. "We are very comfortable with EQT's vision of the future and excited with their plans going forward," he said.
