NEW YORK-Known for its traditional ways, Couristan is heading to the Atlanta International Area Rug Market with a new design direction. While not abandoning its roots, the company has made a decided effort to show a more modern face as well.
"It's a new approach for the way we do things," said Larry Mahurter, director of advertising and sales promotion for Couristan. "We're seeing the new product come in here and it's like a total 360 for the company."
