A raft of property funds is being launched this summer with offerings from Belgravia, Rock Capital and Arc.
Boutique property asset manager Belgravia is set to launch a European Commercial Property fund by the end of September. The group is also launching a Middle Eastern property fund later this summer.
John Dunkerley, managing director at Belgravia Property, said: "This European fund will take advantage of high yields in Europe and lower finance costs. There is also greater potential for yield compression, which is much higher than in the UK.
