Jul. 20--Norwalk-based Building and Land Technology has scored again with the signing of a lease with Vertrue Inc., which plans to move its headquarters from Stamford to an 82,215-square-foot space at 20 Glover Ave. in Norwalk next spring.
The signing of the Vertrue lease for the Merritt on the River complex follows the announcement this month that Hartford-based Aetna Inc., was moving a regional sales office and nearly 50 employees from White Plains, N.Y., to the building.
