The state Public Service Commission authorized Wisconsin Power and Light Co. to take an additional $20.6 million in revenues from their electricity and gas businesses. A story on Page C10 of Wednesday's paper said the commission authorized $20.6 million in profits.

Wisconsin Power & Light Co. customers will see their monthly utility bills increase by about an average of $2.30 starting today after state regulators gave final approval Tuesday to the company's request for a rate hike.
