Not yet 30, Joey Allaham is following a higher power to success in the restaurant business, kosher division. Solo, his posh eatery in the Sony Atrium, is breezing into its second year with a full house and checks averaging over $80 per person.
Drawing on his family's multigenerational experience in the meat business in the Middle East and New York, he had his first big hit, Prime Grill.
