Thomas J. Blazusiak, president of the American Association of Public Welfare Attorneys and a senior assistant counsel with the Pennsylvania Governor's Office of General Counsel assigned to the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare, passed away May 12, 2005, in Harrisburg Hospital. He was 53. Blazusiak represented the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare for nearly 25 years.
