A silent auction to benefit the family of slain St. Paul police Sgt. Gerald Vick will be held Tuesday at Mancini's Char House in St. Paul. Among the donated items are a week's vacation at a time share resort in South Padre Island, Texas, autographed hockey jerseys and tickets to Minnesota Twins games.
