Jul. 25--FOY COMPLETES TRAINING: Stephen C. Foy, of Stephen C. Foy Inc., 603 Washington St., recently completed the New York State Partnership Agent Certification Training required since April 1 to sell long-term care partnership policies.
Mr. Foy, a chartered life underwriter and chartered financial consultant, has been in business since 1974. Though he has been writing partnership policies since they were first available in 1993, such policies are now available through certified agents only.
