VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- GREAT PANTHER RESOURCES LIMITED (TSX VENTURE:GPR) is pleased to announce that its exploration of the 12,275 hectare San Antonio property in the Guadalupe y Calvo Mining District of southwest Chihuahua State, Mexico has outlined the presence of a gold-copper system more than 14 square kilometres in size. This is believed to be the first time anyone has recognized the significance and extent of mineralization in this area, as previous work has consisted of only the high-grading of individual veins by 'small miners', and the region has seen no prior exploration by modern methods.
