The small village of Mount Kisco, a 3.25-square-mile area in northern Westchester County with about 10,000 residents, swells daily to close to double that number of people, as shoppers from surrounding towns visit the busy downtown district.
"The diverse mix of stores and different businesses has attracted all types of people, for shopping and for eating," said Anne Feldman, executive director of the Mount Kisco Chamber of Commerce.
