CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. (NYSE:CBL) today announced plans to expand Coastal Grand in Myrtle Beach, SC with the addition of a lifestyle component. The 60,000 square-foot expansion, to be called "The Village at Coastal Grand," will add more than a dozen nationally recognized upscale fashion and home furnishings retailers and restaurants to the already successful regional mall. The multi-million dollar project will be developed on a parcel of land near the Dillard's department store, with direct access and visibility fronting the Highway 17 Bypass. The bypass is the main north-south thoroughfare in Myrtle Beach.
