All over for Saltman as Riddick proves to be student prince OPEN Silver Medal winner Lloyd Saltman was brought crashing back down to earth in the second round of the Allied Surveyors Scottish Amateur Championship at Southerness last night.
The 19-year-old Walker Cup recruit was sent tumbling out by host club hopeful Clark Riddick, who battled to a 3 and 2 victory.
Riddick, a 28-year-old Strathclyde University student, is a former Southerness champion and has been a member at the Solway Firth club for 12 years.
