Joseph Heler Cheese, one of the UK's leading producers of ingredient cheese, has announced the latest addition to its product portfolio--Emmental Cheese. Developed in response to customer demand for new and different tastes, Emmental is a sweet and nutty flavoured hard cheese manufactured from pasteurised milk, which makes it a good alternative to the traditional Swiss version made from unpasteurised milk.
