LOS ANGELES -- SBC Communications Inc. (NYSE: SBC) today delivered a $25,000 grant to the Oldtimers Foundation, a multi-purpose community-based organization providing a wide range of social services to residents of Southeast Los Angeles County, to launch the BeSchoolReady program - an Internet learning program designed by A Reality Works Company to ensure that children enter school with the skills they need to learn and be successful in the classroom.
