AT THE SHOW -- Du Pont premiered "Suva" AC9000, first in its family of non-ozone-depleting alternatives to replace R-22 in air conditioning and heat pump applications.
Featured were case histories and equipment from three customers who are evaluating the fluid.
Consul S.A., a leading manufacturer of room air conditioners in the Brazilian market, is evaluating AC9000 for use in its window and split-type room air conditioners, which have refrigeration capacities of up to 30,000 Btuh.
