Merhav-Building Materials and Ceramics Center Barbour Ltd of Acre, which is owned by Koor, has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities authority. It hopes to raise NIS 20 million in an issue of shares and warrants. The issue is expected to break sometime in January. Merhav produces, markets and distributes building materials and has two plants. The company also has two subsidiaries -- Hamat Sanitary Fittings and Castings Ltd of Holon, which manufactures faucets and accessories and Solcoor Arad Marketing & Purchasing (1965) Co.
