DAVE DAVIS, geographic information system coordinator for the city of Madison's Engineering Department, wants you to know that your city is comprised of 75.77 square miles.
It is up to the rest of us to decide whether that 75.77 square miles is "surrounded by reality."
Davis ran some numbers Wednesday to come up with the figure, which is subject to change, what with annexations and the give-and-take that has always transpired between cities and towns.
