DALLAS -- Tulsa-based Quality Brand Management, LLC, has signed on as Dallas-based Taco Bueno Restaurant's second major franchise partner with plans to establish the Mexican quick-service restaurant along the I-40 corridor in the state of Arkansas. The first restaurant in the deal is set to open before the end of the year 2005 in Little Rock.

Under the leadership of Max Felton and Rick Verity, Quality Brand Management is a long-time Burger King franchisee in the fast food industry.
