Blair Salisbury is at it again.

The 46-year-old Valencia entrepreneur has opened yet another restaurant in Pasadena, and more Southland locations are on the way.

Last week marked the opening of the Barn Burner restaurant on Fair Oaks Avenue. The eatery specializes in Texas-style barbecue dishes, including tri-tip, baby back ribs and smoked sausage.

Salisbury grew up in the restaurant business. Working as a chef for nine years at a family-owned business, The Cat and the Custard Cup in La Habra, he later served as a business partner to his father, Ron Salisbury.
