Forget the past, says Ray Gatlin. Green Run's new head football coach is starting with a clean slate.

"My record is 0-0," Gatlin said. "We're going to focus on the team we have this year."

That might be easier said than done. The past hovers over the Stallions like an executioner.

Green Run has lost 51 consecutive games, two short of the state record held by Richmond's Thomas Jefferson.
