China's stock market declines slightly
Shanghai. August 4. INTERFAX-CHINA - The Shanghai composite index was down 5.11 points or 0.46% to close the day at 1,158.81 points, failing to register the rumor that the authorities are going to offer cash to securities companies in order to galvanize the market. The Shenzhen index ended at 2969.31 points, falling 20.09, or 0.67%.
Tianchang Property, a Beijing-based real estate developer, ended up by the daily limit of 10%, standing at RMB 4.07 (USD 0.50) per share. .
