Sallie L. Krawcheck, Citigroup Inc.'s chief financial officer and head of strategy, is the seventh-most-powerful woman in the world.

So says Forbes magazine, whose list of 100 starts with Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, followed by Wu Yi, vice premier of China, and Yulia Tymoshenko, the prime minister of Ukraine.

The magazine said Ms. Krawcheck, a former equity analyst who became the financial giant's CFO in September, is considered one of its next generation of leaders and is "undoubtedly one of the most influential women on Wall Street."
