Although frozen entrants melted against competition from smoked fish and vacuum-packed mussels in the battle for top honors in the Seafood Prix d'Elite competition in Brussels, Rahbekfisk A/S was proud to receive a special award for its range of frozen prepared fish dishes. The winning new product line features five recipes: Cod with Pasta, Tomato and Spinach; Wild Salmon en Croute; Wild Salmon with Pasta and Red Peppers in a Cheese Sauce with Pesto; Breaded Fish Roll stuffed with Salmon and Horseradish; and a Breaded Fish Roll containing saithe with creamy garlic.
