GOD, Rob Lowe looks knackered. His blue eyes are smeared and filmy with tiredness - he moves with the stiffness of a man starved of sleep.

For the past few weeks, the 41-year old Hollywood star has been rehearsing like a dog for his West End debut in A Few Good Men.

He plays Lieutenant Kaffee, a rookie military lawyer who crosses swords with the bigoted veteran in charge of the marines at Cuba's Guantanamo Bay. It is a part made famous by his ex-Brat Packer pal Tom Cruise in the 1992 film.
